This Sub2-Category includes all forms of forage and service caps, including berets, wedge caps, fatigue caps, etc. Only Highland bonnets such as Balmorals and Glengarries are excluded as they have a Sub2-Category of their own. Although forage caps are generally worn as dress wear today, they were originally a form of fatigue cap (as their name implies) and are grouped as such.
